When the two want to marry, Shira’s Jewish grandmother Berta is anything but enthusiastic. For her, a marriage between an Israeli and a German is an impossibility. Nevertheless, wedding preparations are in full swing. Meanwhile, Berta is secretly seeing her Palestinian lover Ibrahim.
